How does Axisel handle stock across multiple locations today?

Stock is tracked per location as a first-class field — every SKU has a per-location quantity (Beirut, Saida, Tripoli, or any location you define), and the number the merchant sees in the admin is the same number the buyer sees on the PDP. Totals, low-stock flags, and filters all read from the same spine.

Can I transfer stock between locations?

Transfer tracking is live today — you can record a stock movement from one location to another, and both sides of the movement are reflected in the per-location quantities. A dedicated transfer UI with a formal shipment-and-receive flow is on the roadmap. Today, transfers are handled as manual stock adjustments logged on each side.

Which order channels are live today?

Web and Instagram-funneled orders are live today — both land in the same order list with the correct channel chip, and reports read from the same data.

How are returns handled?

Returns are handled as manual order adjustments today — the merchant can cancel, partially refund, or mark items returned on an existing order, and stock is adjusted accordingly. A dedicated returns flow with RMA codes, return labels, and a buyer-facing return portal is on the roadmap and will surface in the orders panel when it's live.
