AI Features and Third-Party AI Processing
Axisel offers optional AI features, including the storefront builder, Creator Studio image generation, product description writing, and voice input. These features are powered by Google Gemini, operated by Google LLC.
What is sent: when you use an AI feature, we send Google only the content needed to fulfil that request — the text you type, images you attach or photograph, voice recordings you make for transcription, and relevant details of the store being edited such as product names, descriptions and prices.
What is never sent:your password, payment card details, and your customers' contact details are never transmitted to any AI service.
How it is collected and used: data is collected only at the moment you actively use an AI feature — nothing is sent in the background, and no AI feature runs without your action. It is used solely to generate the result you asked for, and is not used to advertise to you.
Your permission: before the first time any AI feature sends data, we ask for your explicit consent and show you this same disclosure. You may decline, in which case no data is sent and the AI features remain unused. You can withdraw consent at any time in the Axisel mobile app under Settings, or by contacting us.
Third-party protection:Google processes this data as a data processor under its Cloud and Gemini API terms, which provide protections equivalent to those described in this policy. Content submitted through the paid Gemini API is not used to train Google's models. See Google's privacy documentation for further detail.
Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal information. This includes encryption of sensitive data, secure server infrastructure, and regular security assessments. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
