Which channels are live today?
Web and Instagram-funneled selling are live today — orders from your storefront and Instagram DMs land in the same order list, and the same catalog powers both.
Do Instagram orders land in the same view as web orders?
Yes. When a DM results in an order, it creates a real order record with a channel chip marking it as Instagram. It sits in the same order list, reads from the same catalog, ties to the same customer profile, and counts in the same reports.
Can a payment link be sent inside a chat?
Yes. From the chat view, the merchant can attach a product and send a payment link that opens the Axisel-hosted checkout. When the buyer pays, the order appears in the order list with the Instagram channel chip.
How are conversations tied to customer profiles?
Each customer profile carries the conversation history, order history, and any notes from the merchant — all in one view. A repeat buyer's next DM arrives with context: what they ordered, what size, what they asked last time. Nothing is locked to a single channel.
