Can the storefront carry large room-scene imagery without hurting performance?
Yes. Axisel serves images through a responsive pipeline — each tile is requested at the size it renders, lazy-loaded as it enters the viewport, and served in modern formats (AVIF/WebP) with sensible fallbacks. Large-format photography is the point, so the delivery path is built for it.
Can I add product fields like dimensions, materials, and care?
Yes. Any product can carry structured custom fields — dimensions, material, weight, care instructions, origin — defined at the catalog level and rendered into the PDP automatically. Fields are filterable on category pages and exportable with the catalog.
Can I curate collections beyond simple categories?
Yes. Collections are first-class objects separate from categories. A single product can belong to multiple collections (e.g., Winter Interiors + Lebanese Craft), and each collection gets its own page, merchandising order, and hero treatment — independent of the catalog tree.
How does Axisel handle delivery of oversized items today?
Standard parcel shipping is supported across our integrated courier partners. Oversized or freight-style delivery (pallet, white-glove, two-person) isn't natively configured today — merchants typically fulfill those orders manually from the orders panel using their own logistics partner. Native oversized-delivery configuration is on the roadmap and will surface in the shipping panel the moment it's live.
