How fast can a store realistically go live on Axisel?
It depends on three real variables: how ready your brand assets are (logo, palette, typography), how much of your catalog needs to be entered manually vs imported by CSV, and how quickly your chosen payment methods clear their approvals. The workflow itself is short — most merchants clear brand, catalog, storefront, and commerce-ops setup within days. Payment approvals and final content review can add time beyond that.
Can I migrate products or customers from another platform?
Products and collections can be imported via CSV — the catalog import supports structured fields (SKU, price, variants, images, tags). Customer imports (names, emails, order history) are supported via CSV as well. Direct one-click migration connectors to other major platforms are on the roadmap and will surface in the import panel the moment they are live.
Can I connect my own domain?
Yes. Custom-domain support is live today — you can point a domain you already own at your Axisel storefront, and Axisel provisions the HTTPS certificate automatically. The default yourbrand.axisel.shop address works from day one while DNS propagates.
What does the store cost to run from day one?
Axisel's Free plan includes the launch workflow, the storefront, the catalog, order management, and the commerce-ops setup — no card required. Paid plans unlock higher-volume ops and additional capacity, and are documented on the pricing page. Transaction fees from payment processors are separate and depend on the method you enable.
