1. Agreement to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.
2. Use of Services
Eligibility: You must be at least 16 years old to use our services. By using Axisel, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
Account Registration: To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
Prohibited Activities: You agree not to:

3. Marketplace Terms
Role of Axisel: Axisel operates as a marketplace platform connecting buyers with third-party vendors. We are not the seller of products listed by vendors and are not a party to transactions between buyers and vendors.
Vendor Responsibility: Vendors are responsible for the accuracy of their product listings, pricing, inventory management, and fulfillment of orders. Axisel does not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of items listed.
Buyer Responsibility: Buyers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, vendor ratings, and policies before making purchases.
4. Orders and Payments
Order Acceptance: All orders are subject to acceptance by the vendor. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at any time for reasons including product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.
Pricing: Prices are displayed in the currency indicated on the product page. Prices may change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
Payment Processing: Payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors. By making a purchase, you agree to the payment processor's terms of service.
Taxes: You are responsible for any applicable taxes associated with your purchases.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping times and costs vary by vendor and destination. Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. Please contact the vendor directly for shipping-related inquiries.
6. Returns and Refunds
Return and refund policies vary by vendor. Please review the vendor's specific policies before making a purchase. Generally, items may be returned within 30 days if they are unused and in original packaging. Certain items such as personalized products, perishables, and digital goods may not be eligible for return. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after the return is received.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on Axisel, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Axisel or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without express written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Axisel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
Axisel is not liable for any disputes between buyers and vendors, including issues related to product quality, shipping, or customer service.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Axisel, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the platform, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
10. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Axisel shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration association. You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
11. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Lebanon, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
