Our first onboarding cohort: what we're learning.

The first retailers running Axisel in production have taught us more in two months than any amount of internal testing could. Here's a small sample of what they've surfaced, and what we've changed as a result.

Patterns we're seeing

• Setup time matters more than feature depth in week one
• Inventory accuracy is the single biggest trust lever
• Merchants want fewer settings, not more
• Receipt customization gets requested more than we expected
• Reports are opened daily by operators, weekly by owners

What's changing in the roadmap

We've pulled forward the setup wizard, simplified the inventory adjustment flow, and started a push on export formats. None of this was planned. All of it came from watching real merchants use the product.
